MAG IAS GmbH and the Fair Friend Group (FFG) signed an agreement on September 15, 2013 on the sale of the Industrial Equipment division from MAG to FFG. The sale was completed on December 20, 2013. Today, we would like to provide you with some more detailed information on the new structure.
The sale concerns the Industrial Equipment division of the German company MAG IAS GmbH. This includes the sites in Mosbach, Taunusstein, Chemnitz, Witten and Offenburg, together with the activities at the site in Göppingen that affect the Industrial Equipment division, as well as four more locations in Russia, China and Korea. Rounding out its global footprint, FFG Werke GmbH has strong sales and service partners in all target markets.
